She has made a point over the years to making posting after posting about her perfect kids & marriage. As anyone knows who reads this blog, I tend to share not only the great things that are going on in my life but also the not so great things as well.
The reason? Part of it is because I think it is important for others who may stumble onto my blog to know that even when we try to do everything right, sometimes things don't turn out like we expected.
I also believe that we do our kids no favor by sheltering them from making any mistakes. I also don't think it's right to allow our kids to sit in judgment of other kids in this family.
My kids are real. My kids make mistakes. I love them because they aren't perfect.

That must have been hard for you-I think I know some of the backstory on this.
You are right for sure, nobody is perfect.
I don't know the back story, but it sounds sad. I can't stand people who think that their lives or kids are perfect! I have no respect for people who pretend, then use their imaginary world as a way to denigrate others. I've always admired your honesty on this blog! Your words and you are real. P.S. does she know you unfriended her and will it cause drama? :(
I understand this. I had a previous high school teacher who I loved talking with on Facebook, but who continually made references to my husband's weight. I didn't need that so I had to unfriend him.
