One of my intentions this year (note I did NOT type resolution or goals) is to get healthier. I already know that I do not eat enough fruits or vegetables and I know that I do not exercise enough. My intention is NOT to lose weight, rather it is just to be healthier and happier with my body because modifications that I'm making.
If you want to join me in this journey, I have set up a blog called "Getting Healthy." At this point in time, I only want it accessible to those who want to join. I like your blog. I used to teach elementary school. I may do some tutoring at a middle school that our church has "adopted." I'm unsure about teaching middle school students, though.

I need to lose another 30Lbs. I have already lost 40 in the past 3 years, but I had a few medical setbacks and got stuck at my present weight.
