Any suggestions on how to help Katherine Phillips?
This is a scary situation. While I understand that working in the Middle East is potentially dangerous, it would appear that even following local protocol in regards to discipline doesn't make a bit of difference.

You have a good point, ms.cornelius. I think that may be her biggest issue is trying to find someone with enough clout willing to take him on.
I'd suggest you and your fellow teachers get in touch with Washington DC. Try your senators and representatives. Try going directly to the President.
Try making this a more public situation.
Maybe if enough light is shed on it, someone with more clout will step up.
